Meet Christian

Christian is known as a people-person, developing and running large scale transformation programs with energy and passion.

From Paris, where he earned master degrees in Industrial Relations and Human Resources, Christian started his transformation journey contributing to French public programs to revive regional territories impacted by industrial conversions and mitigate social impact.

He then joined the private sector and honed additional skills all along the chain value of the automotive industry for the market leader in France supporting for HR related topics design to development, production and sales activities. Moving back and forth to operative and strategic roles, Christian knows how to close the circle and turning plans into reality.

Through the ups and downs of the car industry, Christian gained extended background in supporting and leading transformations when growing or reducing capacities, adapting organizations and ways of working. He engineered many large scale programs for talent acquisition, upskilling/reskilling projects developed in harmony with the different stakeholders, the ecosystem and public authorities.

Moving to Germany, Christian expanded his horizon when taking over the international lead of people operations (HR) for a key player in the energy business. He contributed to deploy ambitious strategies, expand the global footprint in each continent and not less than 120 locations. He has impressive track records in staffing executive positions worldwide (120 over the last 10 years and 50 nationalities), forming leading teams, shaping winning operating model, deploying new information systems.

Multifaceted, Christian is talented in collaborating across disciplines from program design to operations and handling people, business, legal and value delivery perspectives. He navigates from strategy to operations, connecting the dots from the Board room to the teams.
